The domain renewal gets missed.
A quiet administrative task can suddenly take your website and email offline.
Digital property management for small businesses
Websites, domains, email, accounts, and everyday systems—looked after, kept understandable, and always under your control.
The hidden workload
When no one owns the digital details, every small task starts with detective work—and every overlooked detail has the potential to become an emergency.
A quiet administrative task can suddenly take your website and email offline.
Old accounts and unclear permissions create risk long after an employee has moved on.
The domain, hosting, or admin account may still belong to a founder, vendor, or former developer.
Before the work can begin, somebody has to find the right person, account, password, and platform.
You should be able to ask one person, get a clear answer, and get back to running your business.
Why Foundation Zero
We combine the continuity of an in-house owner with the restraint of a trusted property manager. You get one accountable partner without giving up the keys.
You should not have to coordinate a registrar, host, former developer, and software admin just to solve one problem.
Your domain, website, Workspace, accounts, and data stay in your business’s name—not ours.
We choose understandable systems, sensible defaults, and fewer moving parts over impressive-looking complexity.
Clear documentation means the next competent person can understand what exists and keep it working.
What we manage
The quiet infrastructure behind a dependable business, maintained without enterprise complexity.
Websites built and modernized for simplicity, reliability, and maintenance without unnecessary complexity.
Domains, DNS, renewals, ownership, and important digital assets kept organized and under your control.
Users, groups, aliases, permissions, account organization, departures, and recurring reviews handled for you.
Access, renewals, documentation, ownership, and routine maintenance tracked before small issues become emergencies.
The ownership standard
Your important accounts should not depend on Foundation Zero continuing to exist. If you ever decide you do not need us, your business should keep working.
You own it. We manage it. You keep what we leave in order.
A clear way forward
No mystery engagement and no giant technical menu. Each step answers a clear question before the next one begins.
A mutual fit conversation about your business, its systems, current pain points, and whether we should work together.
We inspect ownership, access, risk, and reliability, then deliver a written Foundation Report with clear priorities.
We correct, modernize, and organize the foundation, then leave it documented, maintainable, and under your control.
Once the foundation is stable, we handle routine maintenance, administration, reviews, and digital housekeeping.
The audit stands on its own. If you continue to a build, the full $750 fee is credited toward the project.

You do. Domains, websites, Workspace, files, data, and service accounts stay in your business’s name. Foundation Zero receives only the access needed to manage them.
Yes. Most engagements begin with systems already in use. The Foundation Audit identifies what should stay, what needs repair, and what should be reorganized before changes are made.
Yes. The $750 Foundation Audit fee is credited toward a Foundation Build when you choose to move forward.
Every business starts from a different place. After the audit, you receive a defined scope based on your systems, team size, and the work required—before implementation begins.
No. The audit has standalone value, and Build and Management are separate decisions. Your foundation is documented and designed to keep working without us. If you leave, you retain your accounts, credentials, data, website, and the records needed to manage them.
Management begins after the foundation is understood and brought to a stable standard. It covers routine website maintenance, normal content changes, Workspace administration, domains, DNS, access, renewals, documentation, recurring reviews, and digital housekeeping. Larger redesigns, migrations, and new systems are scoped as separate projects.
If there is a good fit, the next step is a Foundation Audit. You will know what is being reviewed, what it costs, and what you will receive before any paid work begins. The consultation itself is free.
